YOU WILL LEARN:

  • Hamburger Buns: Classic Brioche Bun, Sweet Potato Baps, Japanese Milk Bun, Beetroot/Barbie Bun, Green Bun(spinach), Gluten-Free Optiona available.

 CERTIFICATION 

To receive a certificate for Vegan Burgers(L4), you must complete a minimum of 5 assignments within the 6 week time frame. Once you complete the course, you will be issued a Certificate of Completion.

  • Students are provided access to course materials including recipes for students to develop buy lists
  • Students have 6 weeks to complete course (you will be given course access 2 wks prior to course start date to give you time to prepare)
  • Access to On-Demand private training videos that can be watched at any time.
  • 6 weeks access to Interactive virtual classroom where students and teacher can interact 
  • Students are required to select a certain amount of recipes to complete to receive a Certificate of Completion.

    I liked to follow this course. Jessica gave many tips and tricks, tasting recipes and orginal combinations. The different vegan buns were also a great added value.

    I attended the vegan burger course and absolutely loved it. I’m so pleased to have learned new techniques to make several very different burger types as well as the corresponding burger bun to match. My family enjoyed all of the burgers I made. The burger class is very much worth it!

    I liked this course because it was a new take on making plant based burgers. Different ingredients and different textures and some crazy colors! New techniques and how to use simple ingredients like Vitamin C!
