This online course spans over 2 weeks, guiding you through each step of the process to ensure you master the art of crafting the perfect LeTAO style Japanese cheesecake.

This course is taught ONLINE and uses On-Demand private YouTube Videos for your ongoing use. The course duration is 2 weeks. This course includes  the opportunity to have in person calls (video or phone) with Instructor Jessica to perfect your Cheesecake.

To receive a certificate for VTAO VEGAN JAPANESE CHEESECAKE (P10), you must complete a minimum of 1 assignment within the 2 weeks time frame given.  Once you complete the course, you will be issued a Certificate of Completion.

    Chef Jess does it again. This was an excellent introduction to a cheesecake that I was not familiar with. Chef Jess' instruction and recipe were amazing.. I will be adding this recipe to my collection of go-to desserts. I highly reccommend the class.

    I recently completed a Vegan Japanese Cheesecake course, and it was an exceptional experience. The course was well-structured, catering to both beginners and experienced bakers.     I have been taking courses since 2021. Initially, I was a little intimidated because I am just a home cook that wanted to expand their skills to support a vegan lifestyle. I quickly fell in love with Chef Jessica's recipes and her constant support. The courses are approachable for everyone. They allow a beginner like myself enough instruction to succeed, and inspired me to keep exploring and creating my own dishes. I have taken the majority of courses the school has to offer. I would recommend the school to everyone. 
