    Chef Jess does it again. This was an excellent introduction to a cheesecake that I was not familiar with. Chef Jess' instruction and recipe were amazing.. I will be adding this recipe to my collection of go-to desserts. I highly reccommend the class.

    I recently completed a Vegan Japanese Cheesecake course, and it was an exceptional experience. The course was well-structured, catering to both beginners and experienced bakers. This course is a must for anyone interested in vegan baking, offering a perfect blend of learning and delicious outcomes. Highly recommend! P.S. vegan almond ricotta will blow your mind.....

    I have been taking courses since 2021. Initially, I was a little intimidated because I am just a home cook that wanted to expand their skills to support a vegan lifestyle. I quickly fell in love with Chef Jessica's recipes and her constant support. The courses are approachable for everyone. They allow a beginner like myself enough instruction to succeed, and inspired me to keep exploring and creating my own dishes. I have taken the majority of courses the school has to offer. I would recommend the school to everyone. 
