VEGAN PEKING DUCK (T4), a contemporary take on the classic dish. We show you how to replace the meat typically used and show you a technique of making the dish plant based.

Peking duck is a dish from Beijing (Peking China) that has been prepared since the Imperial era. in 221 BC. The duck meat is characterized typically by its thin, crispy skin, with authentic versions of the dish serving mostly the skin and little meat. We teach you how to use another cooking technique that was developed in China that is vegan and plant based to make a vegan duck that has the same flavor and texture. In this dish we teach that plants are typically used to make these famous dishes and we show how to make the classical vegan pancakes that are rolled around the fillings.

Peking duck is an ancient savoury dish of cooked duck. We will show you a technique we teach at our academy of replacing the meat with a plant based variety but still maintain the same texture and flavor. We show a healthier, more sustainable, and lower cost way to make the same thing.
