IEK SBIE of Athens Greece in partnership with Vegan Gastronomy Culinary Academy (originally from USA, Spain, and Australia) are partnered together to bring current and past students of IEK SBIE a new and global perspective on modern International Vegan Cuisine. Vegan Gastronomy Culinary Academy is the world's oldest Vegan Cooking School having operated in Mallorca Spain, Sydney Australia, and Ireland.
Taught onsite at IEK SBIE Campus in Athens Greece this special course is for past and current students of IEAK SBIE's program. The course is taught in English with Greek support as needed by leading Vegan Chef instructors from USA, Australia, and Greece.
This 5 day program is an advanced curriculum/program for experienced and/or advanced students that are enrolled or have taken programs at IEAK SBIE in Athens.

- Cuisine included Vegan Cuisine including Vegan Fried Chicken, and Vegan Fish and Chips and Gluten Free Options, Vegan Cheese including Molecular Mozzarella, Baking included Brownies using Vegan Egg Replacer, Pastry including Macarons with Potato Protein
- In person hands on training, technical terms in English speaking kitchens
- Sourcing plant based ingredients internationally
- Written Exams 1 per day, students must score > 80% for passing grade
- Mobile phone for photos and internet based testing
Vegan Gastronomy is a specialty focused academy that teaches in many locations around the world. Certificate of Completion including marks of higher than 80% on written exams will be awarded by Vegan Gastronomy.
We will only allow 24 students in this advanced program.
ONLINE VERSION OF PROGRAM
Vegan Gastronomy and IEK SBIE offer an ONLINE version of this program using a proven technique that Vegan Gastronomy developed during COVID-19 Pandemic.
